Where are you located?The shop is located at 121 E Main St Manchester, IA 52057. We downtown Manchester next to Olive that Deli, across from Choung Garden.

Can I engrave a certain image or design I have?Absolutely! Once you place your order, you will get a confermation email. Then you can send me an email with an attached picture or design you have. I will work with you one on one after the order is placed to make sure I have everything correct.

Why are there no prices on the custom items?With thousands of items I can get in, and how each design is different, it is easier to email me and figure out pricing based on each order.

Do you offer discounts on a certain amount ordered?We do offer discounts on quantinty orders. Each product is different on the discount I receive. We do also offer yearly contracts and they offer a discount also. If you want informaton on these, please contact me.
